The house is an end of terrace and is placed on a spacious plot which has a landscaped patio area surrounding it.

Having this area around the house means you are able to enjoy the sun all day long!

We have sun loungers, tables & chairs, and a BBQ for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

The villa is situated in a pleasant cul-de-sac overlooking the large communal pool.

There is parking at the front of the villa.

Bedroom 1: Has a double bed, air conditioning & fitted wardrobes a balcony with steps that lead up to the sun roof terrace.
	Bedroom 2: With twin beds air conditioning & fitted wardrobes
Family size bathroom: Comprising a bath with shower hand basin bidet & toilet. Hairdryer available. Shower room and toilet downstairs.

	Spacious / lounge: dinning room fitted with a 2 comfy sofa beds, coffee table, attractive dinning table & chairs TV & DVD
Dining Area
	Fully Fitted American Kitchen: Comprising of full cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing board & iron. All china, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils provided.
As we have a corner plot we have a lovely spacious patio area paved and landscaped so there is ample room for your B. B. Q. We have a table, chairs parasol and 4 sun loungers.
	On the front terrace is another table & chairs so it’s ideal for an alfresco breakfast
The large communal pool is situated opposite the villa. The pool is for use by residents of the surrounding properties and is accessible only by key-holders. This means that the pool is rarely busy

Cleaning & linen services
We have the villa cleaned and tidied between guests. Extra cleaning services can be provided if requested on longer stay at a cost of €50.

All linen & towels provided just need to bring your beach towels! If you require additional towels or linen they can be provided during your stay at an additional charge.
